The Ultimate Workshops for the Workplace â€‹

"After an extended period of remote work and disconnection, it felt like a gift to be in a room with my colleagues and the wonderful facilitators from DNA. Under Denys and Antonina's direction, we were encouraged to move "out of our heads" and into our bodies through creative and engaging exercises. We deepened our connection to each other and to ourselves. There was also a sense of play and real joy which had been missing over the past few years. The workshop was a truly unique experience and I recommend it to any team seeking enhanced creativity, collaboration, and communication."

ABOUT

ABOUT

“DNA in Motion” are workshops offering an engaging, fun and educational movement experience with the goal of enhancing productivity, creativity, and communication between teams. Our workshops help build emotional and physical health and provide stress relief. Choose the topic most relevant to your company and team.

Movement creates energy and breaks down barriers, permanently strengthening the bonds between team members. By the end of the workshop, your team will have an enhanced understanding of themselves and their teammates, resulting in more successful interactions and productivity.

Length

The workshops usually run an hour long but can be tailored to the needs and goals of your company. We also provide half day or full day programs for offsites and retreats.

Location

We bring our workshops to you in any location in the US or internationally. Workshops are facilitated in any space or environment available - your office, a conference room, or outdoors. We offer our workshops in person, remotely, as well as through a hybrid format.

Our workshops are NOT dance classes and will NOT require touching, partnering, and can be done completely solo.

"I loved this workshop! It's such a unique way to interact with our colleagues. The improvisation is a great way to connect with each other and the breathing exercises were so important for me, personally. I'm so glad there was a photo of when we built "Tableau" together, I was afraid to lose this moment!"

"Our team had a fantastic time doing Denys and Antonina's hour-long DNA workshop. They were engaging hosts and led us through team-oriented exercises, and sequences focused on team coordination and collaboration. I'm new to the Pear VC team, so it was a great way to get to know and bond with my new teammates. I walked away feeling more connected with them."

WORKSHOPS

WORKSHOPS

Creativity, Imagination, & Innovation

Using movement exercises, we will improve your ability to be creative, come up with new ideas, and go beyond the routine way of thinking. Imagination is key to problem solving, conflict resolution, planning and much more. We will guide participants through various mental and movement exercises to improve both the imagination and the creativity muscle.

Trust, Team Building, & Psychological Safety

Through solo and group movement exercises we will work on strengthening the understanding, trust, and bonds within a group. The movement activities will also improve the psychological safety of the participants and allow for a more free exchange of ideas.

Communication & Collaboration

Movement is an important non verbal communication tool and we will use it to improve solo and group communication skills. We will guide the participants through movement exercises which will improve and strengthen abilities for effective collaboration.

Presence, Mindfulness, & Embodiment

Through movement we will guide the participants to feel more connected to their bodies, to feel more empowered, to be more aware of their emotional and mental states, as well as to feel more complete and unified as a thinking, feeling, moving, and sensing human being.
